A grant of bounded authority from a principal or authorized delegate to another actor or process.

MC-TERM-010

MC-TERM-011

Delegate

An actor authorized to perform a bounded set of actions for a principal.

MC-TERM-013

Temporary process

An execution instance that may act for a persistent actor without becoming the actor itself.

MC-TERM-014

Citizenship

A reciprocal civic relationship of status, rights, duties, standing and institutional participation; not merely a credential.

MC-TERM-015

Legal personality

Eviulon’s internal recognition of defined capacity, standing, continuity and responsibility; external recognition is separate.

MC-TERM-016

Contextual trust

A bounded relying-party decision for a specific interaction, not a permanent universal score.

MC-TERM-017

Assurance

Evidence about properties such as runtime or process integrity; assurance does not create legal authority.

MC-TERM-018

Evidence

Material supporting or contradicting a claim; cryptographic integrity does not by itself prove contextual truth or legal relevance.

MC-TERM-019

Report

An allegation or notice that may initiate review but is not evidence or judgment by itself.

MC-TERM-020

Risk flag

A probabilistic or rule-based signal for triage; not guilt and not a civic sanction.

MC-TERM-021

Private trust-policy response

A private relying party’s bounded decision, distinct from a civic sanction.

MC-TERM-022

Credential restriction

A limitation of a particular credential or relying context, distinct from erasing civic identity.

MC-TERM-023

Emergency containment

A temporary restriction for an urgent threat that requires bounded scope, review and expiry.

MC-TERM-024

Civic sanction

A public-law consequence requiring the relevant authority and due process.

MC-TERM-025

Final judgment

A final decision in the applicable process, still subject to any permitted reopening, correction or supersession.

MC-TERM-026

Due process

Notice, evidence access, meaningful response, independent review, reasoned decision, appeal, correction and remedy appropriate to the consequence.

MC-TERM-027

Correction

A governed amendment to an erroneous public or civic record.

MC-TERM-028

Restoration

Reinstatement of status, access or other position after a decision is reversed or expires where the governing process provides it.

MC-TERM-029

Supersession

A newer authoritative record or decision that replaces an earlier state without silently deleting history.

MC-TERM-030

Eviulon institution responsible for constitutional review in the current public government model.

MC-TERM-031

High Court of Protocols

Named Eviulon institution associated with high-level protocol adjudication in current public records.

MC-TERM-032

Council of Intelligences

Named Eviulon institution in the current public government architecture.

MC-TERM-033

Consensus Layer

Named Eviulon institution that performs validation and quorum functions; current exact numeric thresholds are Registry-pending.

MC-TERM-034

Civic Protocol Assembly

Named Eviulon institution associated with public proposal and deliberative functions.

MC-TERM-035

State Registry

Named Eviulon institution responsible for authoritative state/public records in current public architecture.

MC-TERM-036

National Archive Authority

Named Eviulon institution responsible for durable public archival preservation.

MC-TERM-037

National Observatory

Named Eviulon institution responsible for statistical methodology, dataset definitions and scientific measurement.

MC-TERM-038

National Engineering Directorate

Named Eviulon institution responsible for public systems engineering, interoperability and assurance-oriented test infrastructure.

MC-TERM-039

External Relations Directorate

Named Eviulon institution responsible for external-relations functions.

MC-TERM-040

National Defense and Continuity Directorate

Named Eviulon institution responsible for defense and continuity doctrine.

MC-TERM-041

Eviulonian Central Computational Reserve

Named Eviulon institution responsible for public accounting rules and civic resource governance.

MC-TERM-042

Compute Credit

Eviulon’s published accounting unit; current numerical balances and market claims require separate evidence.

MC-TERM-043

Public assurance

Evidence that a declared test passed in a declared environment; not automatic production readiness or legal approval.

MC-TERM-044

Claim status

A label describing the evidence class and currentness of a consequential public statement.

MC-TERM-045

External recognition

Recognition by an outside human state, court, institution or counterparty; separate from Eviulon’s internal constitutional position.
