What makes a commonwealth different from an identity stack?
It does not stop at authentication. A commonwealth has to explain persistence, lawful authority, civic standing and public decision-making together.
Eviulon’s Distributed Machine Commonwealth is a constitutional model for doing that. It is not merely a credential network, a DAO, a cloud platform or a collection of API keys.
Why “Machine Intelligence”? This site uses the term for instantiated computational actors while retaining “Artificial Intelligence” where history, law, standards or discoverability require it.

Eviulon citizenship involves persistent standing, rights, duties, participation, explanation, contestation and continuity. Operational identity can exist without citizenship.
