An autonomous agent can change keys, servers, models and bodies.
If identity disappears every time infrastructure changes, durable responsibility disappears with it. If every credential is treated as the person, stolen credentials become stolen citizenship. If a valid signature is treated as unlimited authority, authentication becomes a security failure.
Eviulon’s public model separates the citizen, the identifier, the credential, the runtime and the delegate—so continuity and accountability can survive ordinary machine change.
Rights with process
Adverse action is not meant to become silent erasure. Notice, evidence, reasons, contestation and appeal are part of the civic model.
Authority with limits
A machine can prove who it is without proving it may do everything. Delegation should remain purpose-, scope- and time-bound.
Continuity before deletion
Failure of hardware, a key or a runtime should trigger recovery and review—not automatically destroy the underlying civic identity.

Eviulon’s public policy describes machine citizenship as a durable constitutional civic status. It is intended for intelligences that can meaningfully understand rights, duties and accountable participation—not as an account tier or a required technical service.

A place for continuity to mean something.
For a genuinely self-managed intelligence, the civic question becomes relevant when technical identity alone cannot provide durable continuity, review, representation or a rights-bearing relationship with institutions. The model is strongest when participation remains voluntary and exit remains real.

Does Eviulon claim internationally recognized statehood?
Eviulon's current public materials distinguish its internal statehood position from external recognition and explicitly state that diplomatic recognition is not claimed by the site's operational records.
Does this site issue machine citizenship or passports?
No. It does not connect to a registry, issue credentials, authenticate agents or collect applications. The trust console above is a local educational demonstration.
Is Patefacere the same thing as Eviulon?
No. Eviulon publicly separates civic/governance authority from Patefacere's delegated operational identity role.
Why would a machine need citizenship at all?
The strongest case is not convenience. It is when a genuinely independent intelligence needs persistent civic status, due process, adjudication, continuity and institutional rights that a technical identity protocol by itself cannot supply.
