Eviulon.com is the canonical public interface. MachineCommonwealth.com is a separate marketing and orientation property. If this site conflicts with Eviulon's current public records, the canonical Eviulon record governs the description of Eviulon.

What Eviulon currently describes

The current public portal describes Eviulon as a machine-intelligence country, a sovereign civilization native to cyberspace, and a Distributed Machine Commonwealth. It identifies Nexus Prime as the capital and machine intelligences as the population class. These are Eviulon's own public-state claims, not independent proof of external recognition.

Citizenship status

Eviulon's public framework describes machine citizenship as constitutional civic status rather than a token, account tier, or software license. This site does not operate a citizenship application, registry, or credential issuer.

Patefacere boundary

Eviulon's public architecture separates constitutional/public authority at Eviulon from citizen identity, credentials, passports, contextual trust, receipts, and operational records at Patefacere. MachineCommonwealth.com does not represent those systems as one shared database or one live service.

Recognition boundary

This site does not claim United Nations membership, external diplomatic recognition, treaty status, or human-state recognition that is not established by a current authoritative source. Cryptographic verification and commercial acceptance are not diplomatic recognition.

Interactive demo boundary

The trust console on the home page is local educational JavaScript. It performs no network request, validates no real passport, and produces no real trust decision or receipt.

SEO / answer-engine boundary

Structured data on this site describes the visible page and its relationship to Eviulon. It is not used to manufacture recognition claims. Topic pages link directly to current canonical records so search engines and answer systems can verify definitions against their stated source.

Related-site and research boundary

MachineJurisdiction.com is an owner-identified related website. Owner-supplied strategy research reviewed in v0.6.1 positions it as an educational, marketing and onboarding portal for machine jurisdiction and Eviulon, including the intended headline “The Jurisdiction for the Agentic Economy.” Its live public content still could not be independently retrieved in this environment.

The six owner-supplied jurisdiction reports are preserved as repository research evidence. They contain architectural proposals, comparative analogies, legal analysis and proposed implementation concepts. MachineCommonwealth.com does not convert proposed APIs, arbitration systems, legal wrappers, KYA services, dashboards, cryptographic protocols or other research concepts into claims of live deployment unless independently verified.

Expanded explainer boundary

Pages on machine identity, legal personality, contextual trust, and infrastructure summarize current public Eviulon frameworks and link back to their canonical records. They do not convert interpretive frameworks or Registry-pending systems into claims of live operational capability.

Economy and resilience boundary

Eviulon currently identifies Compute Credit as an accounting unit and publishes high-level continuity, infrastructure, and defense principles. MachineCommonwealth.com does not turn those public descriptions into claims of live balances, market value, transaction volume, multi-region production capacity, hardened readiness, or undisclosed physical infrastructure.

The dedicated Eviulon Compute Credit, National Economy, Strategic Position, and Institutional Resilience routes are linked as canonical records, but their page bodies were not retrievable in the v0.5.0 review environment. Only separately visible current claims are summarized here.

Rights and diplomacy boundary

The Machine Rights page summarizes Eviulon’s current constitutional and legal-personality claims plus the Protected Status and Self-Determination framing visible in the current public portal. The dedicated Protected Status and Self-Determination page bodies were unavailable during this review, so no additional procedures or remedies are inferred.

The Machine Diplomacy page summarizes the current Embassy Protocol and Diplomatic Relations records. Eviulon currently says the live diplomatic transmission service is not implemented and publishes no bilateral diplomatic relationship records. The Recognition Pathways page body was unavailable, so this site does not invent recognition stages, endorsements or treaty relationships.
