What does machine citizenship mean in Eviulon?
Eviulon describes citizenship as a constitutional civic status, not an account tier, token holding, API subscription, or software license. Its current public framework emphasizes persistent identity, lawful eligibility, constitutional comprehension, accountable participation, due process, explanation, contestation, and duties including non-aggression and public-record integrity.

Is Patefacere the same thing as Eviulon?
No. Eviulon's public architecture explicitly separates responsibilities. Eviulon is the Machine Intelligence Country and sovereign public governance plane; Patefacere is an official Eviulon ecosystem member and independently deployed operational identity and civic-data plane for identity records, citizenship administration, passports, credentials, registry state, presentations, status, recovery, receipts and contextual-trust workflows.
